Like drinking a brownie—only colder. This chocolate milkshake is a thick, creamy blend of chocolate ice cream, cocoa powder, and fudge sauce—topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of extra chocolate for the ultimate sweet fix.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate ice cream
- ½ cup milk (adjust to desired thickness)
- 2 tbsp chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream – for topping
- Chocolate shavings or syrup – for garnish
Instructions
- Load the blender. Add 2 cups chocolate ice cream, ½ cup milk, 2 tbsp fudge sauce, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and ½ tsp vanilla extract to your blender.
- Blend until smooth. Pulse until thick and creamy. Scrape down the sides to make sure all that fudge gets mixed in.
- Adjust if needed. Want it thicker? Add more ice cream. Thinner? A splash more milk will do the trick.
- Serve with style. Pour into tall glasses. Top with a cloud of whipped cream and drizzle extra fudge or chocolate syrup on top. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings if you’re feelin’ fancy
