Like drinking a brownie—only colder. This chocolate milkshake is a thick, creamy blend of chocolate ice cream, cocoa powder, and fudge sauce—topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of extra chocolate for the ultimate sweet fix.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream
  • ½ cup milk (adjust to desired thickness)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream – for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or syrup – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Load the blender. Add 2 cups chocolate ice cream, ½ cup milk, 2 tbsp fudge sauce, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and ½ tsp vanilla extract to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pulse until thick and creamy. Scrape down the sides to make sure all that fudge gets mixed in.
  3. Adjust if needed. Want it thicker? Add more ice cream. Thinner? A splash more milk will do the trick.
  4. Serve with style. Pour into tall glasses. Top with a cloud of whipped cream and drizzle extra fudge or chocolate syrup on top. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings if you’re feelin’ fancy
